*VP or Director
-Manage M&A process by interacting closely with clients, advisors and internal deal team members to ensure smooth execution.
-Lead the execution team
-Participate in industry and competition analysis, valuation and due diligence process.
-Conduct company and industry analysis
*Analyst
-perform financial analysis and modeling
-conduct industry research
-prepare to offer memoranda and other written materials and interacting with clients.
-coordinate the activities of all team members, the client, the lawyers and the accountants.
-analyze the market for the company Service and wide array of products and form a network of internal and external relationships.
[Job Requirements]
*VP or Director
- Proven excution abilities in valuation, deal structuring, and negotiation
- Experiences at an global IB or in a corporate finance or M&A discipline
- must have a MBA degree
-Currently working on the investment banking field
-Minimum 6 years experiences in investment banking, PE, PI, Hedge Fund
-Bilingual in both spoken and written English / Korean
*Analyst
1. Currently working on the finance field (1-3years)/ university undergrad (or post grad) or scheduled to graduate on Feb./Sep. 2009
2. Knowledgeable in accounting and corporate finance
3. Positive attitude and eager worker
4. Person with a bright sense in numbers
5. Bilingual in both spoken and written English / Korean
6. Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and other search tools (e.g. bloomberg, factset etc.), if possible
7. AICPA, CFA, investment bank(intern), MBA, Juris doctor, LLM, consulting background preferred
8. Bilingual in both spoken and written English / Korean
