Minimum 3 years relevant work experience; Fluent Putonghua preferrable; no pay OT expected and MUST work under constant pressure;
Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese; Fluent Putonghua preferrable; Manage a portfolio of non-listed clients independently;
Independent and positive attitudes; Detail-oriented, independent and well-organized;
Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines; Responsible, organized with analytical skill; full set accounting;
Proficient in PC software applications, Peachtree, MS Word, Excel, Chinese Typing; Handle corporate documentation; liaise with clients, professionals (auditor and lawyer) plus government authorities;
Financial month-end/ year-end closing & group consolidation; monitor accounts payable, includes checking of invoices, bank reconcile and prepare statements for Auditing;
